Treasurer's Report
Elliott delivered his report. Copy attached to the Minutes.
Sue will investigate the electricity charges and if we are on an appropriate tariff. It seems we may have 2 supplies possibly at different rates as evidenced by peculiar experiences with the lights following a recent power cut.
Income and expenditure is steady and not of concern.
Burns Night
This was very successful. Net profit was circa £550. 83 people attended which was less than last year. The Committee did not support the event as much as in previous years however. The event was enjoyed by those who attended and the waiting staff were excellent. Many thanks expressed to Sheila for her huge efforts in coordinating the event.
Agreed to book the band for next year after some debate.
