Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting Held on Tuesday 19th October 2004 .

1 Present ; Councillors Richardson, Grix and Waterworth

2 Apologies for absence: None

3 Declarations of Interest : Councillor Richardson declared an interest in 13 Manor Close

4 Lodge Cottage, Ogle Castle . Members examined the proposal and expressed concern:-

> that the papers supplied did not include a “footprint” of the proposal

> about the height of the works

> that there was insufficient information about possible creep

Councillor Richardson withdrew from the Meeting

5 13 Manor Close. Members examined the proposal and agreed to submit the following comments:-

> the works will cause an imbalance in the appearance of Manor Close

> that it is of critical importance to achieve a good match of the render in order to soften the impact of the works

> the Conservation Officer is to be consulted by the Planning Officer
