Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting Held on Tuesday 10th August 2004 .

3 Declarations of Interest : None

4 Twizell Poultry Farm . Members examined the proposal for the erection of a Manager's House. After a thorough discussion Members resolved to oppose the development for the following reasons:-

> the scheme represents a change of use

> the proposal bears no relation to the existing approved use

> concern that the scale of the existing business merits a dwelling of the size proposed

> there is a lack of development of the present business

Members also commented that the documents provided by the applicant were without dimensions and orientation. There was also concern as access and road safety if the scheme progressed.

5 Trees within Whalton Conservation Area. Members considered the proposals and resolved that there was no objection.
